About usGasTech Systems is a Green Energy company. We have perfected the technology of Dual Fuel (Diesel + Natural Gas) operation of Diesel engines. The engines can be for stationary uses as in Diesel Gensets or Mobile ones for Mining, Marine or Railways applications. We are headquartered in Bangalore, India. Besides a large focus on NCR in India and emerging business interests in all states of the country, we also address global business opportunities. We are making large investments in related R&D. Our major sales are through Engine OEMs though we also have direct sales to the asset owners.

Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners and end users to build new business for the company.This candidate will have strong communication skills.The candidate should be able to think critically and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

ResponsibilitiesIdentifying potential customers for the company's product range.Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.Maintain existing business.Confer with customers and engineers to assess product need and to determine system requirement.Analyzing & interpreting market / competitor trends and providing the feedback to the management.Lead Sales activities such as lead generation, sales promotion, offer making, negotiations, CRM- Customer Relationship Management.

SkillsStrong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.Local travel.

QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma + equivalent experience in Mechanical engineering.
