Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in the têxtile industry. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies in the assigned territory. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential customers within the têxtile industry, showcasing our fabric products and building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue within the assigned territory.
2. Prospecting: Identify and prospect potential customers in the têxtile industry, including garment manufacturers, fashion designers, retailers, and wholesalers, through market research and networking.
3. Product Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our fabric products, addressing customer needs and concerns effectively.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and fostering repeat business opportunities.
5. Market Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats, and provide relevant feedback to the management team.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer experience.
7. Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to the sales manager or management team on a regular basis.
8. Promotional Activities: Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our brand, showcase products, and generate new leads.
9. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on fabric specifications, technical details, pricing, and other relevant information to effectively address customer inquiries and provide suitable recommendations.
10. Sales Targets: Continuously strive to achieve personal and team sales targets, utilizing effective sales techniques and maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Previous experience in the têxtile industry, fabric manufacturing, or related field is highly desirable.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a successful sales representative in the têxtile industry or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the têxtile industry, fabric products, and market trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet customers and attend events.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Technology, or a related field.
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
