We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Delivery Head.

In this role, you will:

Lead a Pod of developer looking after all aspect of the software development life cycle. Ensuring the pod is meeting the department OKR in term of release frequency, production stability and ways of working. Ensure compliance with architectural principles and development standards. Ensure solution designs address performance, availability, security and supportability challenges, as well as business functional requirements. Work with colleagues from partner teams globally to translate business and technical requirements into solutions. Ensure “Cloud first” and automation strategies for all solutions. Produce maintainable and testable code using Java Script, Java, Spring and related technologies in a micro-service environment. Ensure successful delivery of solutions into Production environment. Provide support for live IT services. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Overall, 15-20 years of experience in software development  8 Years of experience in Java , 17 Spring – Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Cloud, other Spring technologies Micro-services architecture, design patterns and development API and event driven micro-services. Good understanding of Docker and Kubernetes Test driven development. Agile development practices Good understanding of SQL and NO SQL Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, other databases) Messaging technologies (MQ, Kafka, other messaging technologies) Logging and monitoring solutions for micro-services (ELK, Kibana, Grafana, others) Automated build and deployment pipelines for micro-services (Git, TeamCity, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible, others)

Additional Skills

Familiar with JavaScript (ReactJS) Test automation Linux OS and scripting Containerisation with Kubernetes and Docker Google Cloud Platform, Ali Cloud, other vendor cloud
