Job Description:
Social Continent Pvt. Ltd., a leading web3 blockchain product-based startup company headquartered in Pune, is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing with 2-5 years of experience in IT companies and an MBA from a prestigious institution. As the Head of Marketing, you will lead our marketing team and spearhead strategic initiatives to promote our innovative blockchain products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive marketing efforts and contribute to the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and partnerships.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaign performance.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and professional development.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in marketing strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes, tools, and strategies based on insights and feedback.
Requirements:
MBA from IIM, Faculty of Management Studies, or Indian School of Business and Finance.
2-5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in IT companies.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
Experience with blockchain technology or cryptocurrency is a plus.
