Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Net Suite Consultant to join our team. This individual will serve as a Net Suite architect and implementation consultant, leading end-to-end implementations with a focus on Financials First , Social Impact, Grant Management, and Manufacturing SKUs . The ideal candidate will have extensive accounting expertise, deep experience across financials , non-profit, healthcare, and/or manufacturing sectors, and a proven track record of successfully delivering at least 10 Net Suite implementations . Additional skills implementing Net Suite Planning and Budgeting and Net Suite Analytics Warehouse are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture: Design and implement scalable Net Suite solutions that align with client business processes, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Implementation Leadership: Lead all phases of the Net Suite implementation lifecycle, including discovery, design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and user training. Industry Expertise: Leverage experience in accounting, municipal governments, non-profits, healthcare, and/or manufacturing to provide industry-specific guidance, ensuring optimal Net Suite utilization. Social Impact & Grant Management: Configure and optimize Net Suite’s Social Impact and Grant Management modules for non-profit organizations, ensuring compliance and funding transparency. Manufacturing Expertise: Implement and optimize Manufacturing SKUs , including demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory management. Accounting & Finance Support: Assist with chart of accounts design, financial reporting, revenue recognition, and compliance to support client financial operations. Integration & Customization: Work with Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Talk to integrate Net Suite with third-party applications and develop custom workflows. Excellent writing skills to create technical requirements documents for custom scripting is required. Experience in writing integration design documents and business requirements documents is also required. Client Training & Support: Provide training and post-go-live support to ensure user adoption and ongoing success. Qualifications & Requirements 10+ successful Net Suite implementations with lead roles in solution architecture. Strong background in accounting with knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. Hands-on experience in at least one of the following industries: Non-Profit, Healthcare, or Manufacturing . Expertise in Net Suite Social Impact, Grant Management, and/or Manufacturing SKUs . Net Suite Certifications (ERP Consultant, Suite Foundation, Administrator and/or Advanced Revenue Management) required. Proficiency in Net Suite Planning and Budgeting, Net Suite Analytics Warehouse , Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Talk is a big plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to lead client engagements, manage stakeholders, and provide strategic ERP guidance. Why Join Us?
