  • Link budget preparation using MW planning tool.
  • End to end Transmission planning which includes frequency plan, infra requirements, material planning,
  • interface and IP planning for both 2G/4G/5G sites.
  • Knowledge of IPv4/IPv6/Vlan.
  • Microwave Network optimization Activities to reduce interference and outages.
  • Microwave and fiber bandwidth Tracking and planning optimization activities and up gradations.
  • Planning of Hybrid, XPIC, DXPIC, E-Band, UBR hop in the network and to provide sufficient bandwidth for future network expansion.
  • Preparing BOQ for MW links and Other Transmission related Equipment and cards based on the requirement.
  • DCN planning and service configuration
  • Supporting vendor teams during new hop deployment and supporting operating teams during outages.
  • Microwave database regular Maintenance.
  • Transmission KPI analysis and action plan.
  • Monitoring Transmission parameters such as Frequency, Capacity, Hi-low violations, Visibility, ALCQ/ATPC settings, Labeling, Rx level and correcting the values in case of any deviation.
  • MW Equipment Knowledge- Ericsson, Ceragon, Aviat, Nokia. Radwin & Cambium UBR.
  • Tools: Mentum Ellipse, MapInfo, Global mapper, Google Earth.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
