Role Overview:
We’re looking for a
Senior Recruitment Consultant
to join our growing team. If you’re a recruitment maverick who thrives on the thrill of connecting top talent with innovative companies, this is the role for you. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with the core team to source, screen, and place top talent across product companies ( Fintech, Healthcare, E-commerce, Web 3.0, etc. )
This isn’t your typical 'just-another-recruitment-agency' opportunity . Key Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end recruitment process for
Non-Tech & Techno Functional roles
across
Mid to Senior and Leadership.Own internal processes to
deliver on KRAs & KPIs
of the recruitment process.Build and maintain a strong network of
Top-Tier talent
and expand into Tech talent pools.Maintain and
manage candidate and client data with accuracy , ensuring seamless and organized recruitment processes.Collaborate with clients to understand their
hiring needs, company culture, and specific role requirements.Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and tools to
attract the best candidates .Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit for the role and culture, and
ensure a smooth hiring process .Stay ahead of
industry trends
and market dynamics, adapting recruitment strategies as needed.Tackle the unique challenges of startup hiring with
creativity
and
determination .Support tech hiring efforts
when required, offering flexibility and insight across various functions.
Qualifications :2-4 years
of proven experience in recruitment, ideally in the
recruitment agency space .Strong expertise in
Non-tech hiring , with knowledge of current
hiring trends in product companies.Exceptional
communication and relationship-building
skills.Ability to make
quick, informed decisions
and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Adaptability and a strong drive to succeed in a
startup-like
atmosphere.A passion for staying updated on recruitment innovations.Experience or interest in
tech hiring
is a plus.
