Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM UAT Consultant to join our team for a6-month hybrid contract role based in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UAT Testing, Oracle HCM configurations, defect management, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure Oracle HCM meets business requirements.
  • Perform testing of configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Identify, track, and manage defects through tools like JIRA/HP ALM.
  • Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and project teams for issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Agile/Scrum processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in Testing/Quality Assurance.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM configurations & UAT.
  • Strong knowledge of UAT processes, methodologies, and defect management.
  • Experience withJIRA, HP ALM, or similar test management tools.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
