Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in and lead UAT activities to validate software applications against business requirements.
  • Develop, review, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to identify issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage defect triage calls, track issue resolution, and ensure successful closure of UAT defects.
  • Utilize automated testing tools and test management platforms (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM) for planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to testing cycles and contribute to sprint deliverables.
  • Ensure Oracle HCM configurations and customizations are tested thoroughly, issues are resolved, and systems are ready for go-live.
  • Support ongoing Oracle product releases, patches, and new feature adoption to keep systems optimized.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by applying UAT best practices, methodologies, and standards.
  • Coordinate across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of technology development/engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of UAT testing experience, with at least 3 years in Oracle HCM configurations and customizations.
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in UAT/SIT testing of Oracle HCM systems.
  • Strong understanding of UAT processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • 3+ years of experience with automated testing and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
  • 3+ years of experience working with SDLC and development life cycle methodologies.
  • Expertise in translating requirements and design documents into actionable test artifacts.
  • 2+ years of experience participating in defect triage and resolution processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills with internal and external partners.
  • 3+ years of experience managing Oracle product releases, patches, and feature implementations.
  • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
