We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can speak confidently with incoming leads, understand their needs, and convert them into happy Upride customers. If you're good at connecting with people, explaining services clearly, and closing deals — this role is for you. Your job is simple: Turn every lead into a learner. Key Responsibilities: Speak with potential customers who have shown interest via Whats App, website, ads, or referrals Understand their needs (car/bike/scooty, location, timings, license support etc.) Explain Upride’s unique services clearly and persuasively Build rapport and trust to drive fast conversions Follow up regularly with undecided leads Maintain lead data in Excel / Google Sheets / CRM dashboard Share customer insights with the operations and marketing teams Requirements: Strong communication skills in Kannada & English (Hindi is a bonus) Experience in sales, telecalling, or customer interaction (Ed Tech, training, or services is a plus) Ability to explain services in a structured and convincing way Basic understanding of Excel, Whats App for Business, and mobile dashboards Driven to meet and exceed monthly conversion targets Friendly, patient, and trustworthy personality Working Hours: Full-time | 5 Days a Week | Weekly 2 days off (Weekend availability is important, you can work from home on weekends) Compensation: Fixed Salary Attractive incentives on conversions Performance-based growth opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Language: Kannada, English and Hindi?
