Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and support SAP SD module implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD solutions to meet business needs.
  • Configure key SD processes: order-to-cash (OTC), pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and returns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, and logistics for end-to-end integration.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, & support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to write detailed functional specs and work with ABAP developers for custom developments.
