Our client is a leading hygiene product manufacturing company who is looking for a talent to join their firm:
  • Management of Sales Supervisors and Sales Staff

  • Coordinate sales planning, promotion plans, human resources, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets and implement approved plans

  • Coordinate the development of promotional programs for the distribution system (GT) according to the assigned scope

  • Coordinate management, construction and development of distribution systems and sales system operations

  • Manage compliance with sales schedules and operational regulations of Sales Supervisors

  • Urge Sales Supervisors to implement sales targets and Company regulations

  • Check and summarize daily, weekly and monthly reports of Sales Supervisor

  • Summarize settlement of programs applied to Sales staff from Sales Supervisor

  • Collect and update reports on sales trends and brand positions, setting goals and periodic implementation plans for the area in charge

  • Train and supervise the Supervising team, creating a working environment that promotes and develops team spirit

  • Organize and strictly implement advertising and support programs, sales support policies, manage and coordinate promotional materials effectively, and evaluate program results

  • Report on market situation, sales, coverage, display, promotion, distributor inventory


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry (required), priority given to multinational companies and corporations

  • Candidates who have participated in Management Trainee, Sales Trainee programs..... multinational corporations are an advantage

  • Basic communication English

  • Understanding the FMCG industry market in the HCM area

  • Willing to learn and able to withstand high pressure at work

  • Good team management and communication skills

Requirements
