Identify and Engage Influencers:
Research and identify potential influencers who align with सादा / SAADAA’s brand values and target audience.
Develop and maintain a database of influencers across various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
Build and Maintain Relationships:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with influencers.
Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Develop Outreach Strategies:
Create and implement strategic outreach plans to engage influencers for brand campaigns.
Tailor outreach messages and pitches to individual influencers, highlighting the benefits of collaboration with सादा / SAADAA.
Collaborate on Campaigns:
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop influencer-driven campaigns.
Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that resonates with their followers and promotes सादा / SAADAA products.
Negotiate Contracts and Agreements:
Negotiate terms of collaboration, including compensation, content deliverables, and timelines.
Ensure all agreements are documented and comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance:
Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using key metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting successful strategies and areas for improvement.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
Continuously explore new platforms and opportunities for influencer partnerships.
Ensure Brand Alignment:
Ensure that all influencer content aligns with सादा / SAADAA’s brand values, messaging, and aesthetic.
Provide guidance and feedback to influencers to maintain brand consistency.
Manage Budget:
Oversee the influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective collaborations.
Monitor expenditures and optimize spending to maximize campaign impact.
Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate events, such as product launches or brand activations, involving influencers.
Ensure smooth execution and impactful influencer participation at events.
Crisis Management:
Address any issues or crises related to influencer collaborations promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to mitigate risks and protect the brand’s reputation.
WHO ARE YOU
Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, or a similar field.
Experience creating strong, engaging content.
Relationships builder
An understanding of SEO best practices (preferred).
Demonstrated excellence in sales and marketing.
Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong listening and communication skills.
The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
