Estimation Engineer

Candidate should have 3~ 5+ years of relevant industry (Preferably from System Integrator or Automation Company )

Joining Time : 30~45 Days

Candidate should independently :

  • Develop, review, and analyze RFQ / contract bids, clearly understanding customer requirements for Electrical and Automation projects.
  • Review proposal specifications, drawings, and BOQs to detect and resolve discrepancies or omissions that could impact estimation accuracy.
  • Prepare technical proposals for MCC and PLC-based automation solutions, ensuring alignment with client specifications and requirements.
  • Develop competitive yet profitable quotations by accurately analyzing design documents, customer requirements, contract conditions, and scope of work.
  • Design automation architectures, selecting appropriate hardware such as Siemens / Rockwell / Schneider PLCs, integrating these with SCADA/HMI systems.
  • Perform cost negotiations with vendors, maintaining comprehensive supporting documentation to achieve competitive pricing.
  • Knowledge in hazardous area solutions, including LV Panels, DBs, Capacitor Panels, UCP Panels, and Control Panels.
  • Maintain and utilize a detailed cost database to ensure efficiency and accuracy in estimations for LV, MDB, MCC, CP, and PLC Panels.
  • Provide expert technical guidance on estimating methods, ensuring compliance with all relevant industry standards and codes.
  • Ensure the project costing is managed well with in the budget during the execution.
