Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for an Engineer - Estimation. The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing technical drawings and specifications, collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring project budgets align with estimates. The Engineer - Estimation will also be responsible for monitoring project timelines and staying updated on industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cost Estimation, Project Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
  • Experience in analyzing Technical Drawings and Specifications
  • Strong Collaboration and Communication skills to work with Architects, Engineers, and Contractors
  • Ability to monitor Project Timelines and ensure adherence to Industry Standards and Regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in relevant Software Tools and Technologies (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel)
  • Attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
