What This Role Requires
As a Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing MResult's mission of empowering clients with data-driven insights and cutting-edge digital solutions. Each day will present exciting challenges and opportunities to lead, grow, and make a measurable impact.
You will oversee a portfolio of medium to large-scale projects for US-based clients, managing 8–12 concurrent engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, and serving as the senior escalation point. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional global teams to drive quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Here is what you will do:
- Lead delivery execution across 8–12 concurrent, complex projects
- Ensure project timelines, quality, and financial targets are met or exceeded
- Act as the primary escalation point for US-based clients and build trusted partnerships
- Coordinate globally distributed teams—onshore/offshore engineers, solution architects, and SMEs
- Track KPIs, forecast resource needs, and maintain high team utilization and efficiency
- Drive delivery excellence using standardized methodologies, proactive risk management, and clear stakeholder reporting
- Mentor project managers and delivery leads within your portfolio
Key Skills to Succeed in This Role:
- Proven track record in delivering digital transformation or platform-based solutions (e.g., AI, SaaS, Cloud)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with global clients
- Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams across time zones
- Ability to manage project financials, delivery KPIs, and client success metrics
- Exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships
- Experience engaging with senior/executive-level stakeholders
- Strong consulting background with customer-facing engagements and solutioning
