Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with deep domain expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to lead end-to-end project delivery across various transformation and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of P&C insurance products, policy administration systems, and delivery frameworks, and will serve as a key liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT project delivery with 5+ years in P&C Insurance domain.
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Program Manager / Engagement Manager handling multi-million-dollar insurance transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of P&C insurance products (Commercial, Personal Lines), policy lifecycle, underwriting, claims processing, and billing workflows.
  • Experience delivering solutions using Duck Creek, Guidewire, Insurity , or similar P&C core platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC , Agile/Scrum methodologies, and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence .
  • Hands-on experience with stakeholder management, risk management, and change control processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills; ability to interact with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience managing distributed global teams and third-party vendors.
