Role Overview :
As the Head of Design at Uniliv, you will lead the creative vision and execution of our purpose-built properties. You will be responsible for designing spaces that align with Uniliv's mission to provide comfortable, tech-enabled, and community-driven living experiences. This role requires a balance of innovative design thinking, project management, and strategic leadership to ensure Uniliv properties set the benchmark in the co-living industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Leadership:
 - Develop and oversee the creative vision for Uniliv properties to ensure aesthetic appeal, functionality, and alignment with brand values.
- Set design guidelines and standards for interior, exterior, and branding elements of all properties.
- Create layouts, color schemes, furniture designs, and spatial plans that enhance community living.
2. Project Management:
 - Lead the design team in the conceptualization and execution of multiple projects across locations.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and contractors to ensure design quality during construction and renovations.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery.
3. User-Centric Design:
 - Conduct user research to understand the preferences and needs of Gen Z residents.
- Incorporate feedback loops to refine designs based on resident experiences and behavior.
4. Sustainability and Innovation:
 - Drive eco-friendly and sustainable design practices, focusing on energy efficiency and responsible material sourcing.
- Leverage technology and innovation to create smart, tech-enabled living spaces.
5. Team and Stakeholder Collaboration:
 - Build and mentor a high-performing design team.
- Work closely with the operations, marketing, and leasing teams to ensure the design aligns with business goals and resident expectations.

Requirements:
- Education : Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in architecture, interior design, or real estate.
- Proven experience designing large-scale residential or co-living spaces is a plus.
- Skills:
 - Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Exceptional understanding of space planning, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Mindset: Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about redefining living spaces for modern lifestyles.
