Role Description This is a full time remote position based in India. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing efforts that support the growth of Grand Motorcars across the United States. The role includes ownership of online advertising campaigns, social media strategy, lead generation, website performance, and customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the US team to understand inventory, promotions, customer behavior, and dealership goals. The role involves creating and analyzing digital campaigns, managing content, improving visibility on search engines and social platforms, and ensuring a consistent brand presence. This is an independent and results driven position suitable for someone who can take initiative, manage responsibilities without supervision, and communicate effectively across time zones. Qualifications Must have - Minimum 5 years of experience in the marketing industry, with exposure to digital channels - Experience in the automotive industry - Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads - Hands-on experience with SEO and SEM - Experience managing performance marketing campaigns - Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for results - Strong communication skills in English - Ability to work independently in a remote environment Nice to have - Experience marketing to US or international audiences - Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation - Experience creating content for social media - Knowledge of dealership marketing workflows Core Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels - Manage lead generation efforts and monitor cost per lead, conversions, and ROI - Improve SEO performance and manage SEM strategies to drive website traffic - Manage content creation for social media platforms and maintain consistent brand messaging - Collaborate with the US sales and management teams to align marketing activity with inventory and promotions - Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities - Own the marketing function end-to-end with minimal supervision
