Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Test Lead / QA Automation Engineer / SDET to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites across multiple domains. The candidate will drive test strategy, implement best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery in both UI and API testing environments.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Playwright, JavaScript, Selenium, Java, and TypeScript.
  • Ability to create Test Strategy, Test Plans, ST/SIT/UAT test cases, and Test Data.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end testing, integration testing, and UI-based testing.
  • Experience with automation frameworks, reusable test scripts, and CI/CD integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
  • Expertise in US healthcare systems, including Care Management, Utilization Management, and EDI 834 & 837 claims testing.
  • Understanding of healthcare processes, systems, and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying vulnerabilities and documenting remediation procedures.
  • Knowledge of accessible UI testing and testing patterns for asynchronous systems (e.g., queuing abstractions).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Tosca Automation Tool.
  • Previous work in payer platforms or care management systems.
  • Familiarity with Testing Trophy / Testing Honeycomb frameworks.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong advocate for QA best practices across the organization.
  • Skilled in both manual and automated testing across complex systems.
  • Capable of mentoring team members and establishing sustainable automation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹668, ₹800,000.00 per year
