What would you be doing/ Expected from this role?

- Analyse and design mobile app functionality.

- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to create innovative user interfaces and features, optimized for mobile platforms.

- Perform regular design and code reviews with development team members to confirm use of best practices and identify opportunities for one-to-one mentoring and development.

- Translate business requirements into an application by implementing the best strategy to ensure design meets performance, usability, and reliability.

- Ensure the Android team develops detailed documentation for all source code.

- Accurately estimate the duration of design, development, and testing tasks.

- Monitor task queues and issue-logs; allocate resources to ensure on-time completion of tasks and resolution of issues/bugs.

- Comprehensive, hands-on experience with Kotlin and Java.

- Understanding of MVVP, Dagger, REST API integration, Custom UI etc

Who are we looking for?

- B.Tech in Computer Science with 6 +years of progressive industry experience.

- Strong experience with Android.

- Strong Java or Objective C/C++ development experience.

- Strong experience with object-oriented programming.

- Strong experience with designing data structures and implementing algorithms.

- Experience with web technologies, security and server-side development a great plus. Experience with server-side development a great plus.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX and JSON a great plus.

- Must have good communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in team handling.

- Must be able to work independently and enjoy working at a fast-paced start-up environment.
