Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Sales


We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Sales. As the AVP of Sales, you will be responsible for driving our sales efforts and contributing to the growth and success of our company. As an AVP - Sales and Business Promotions, you will be closely working with the CXOs and Heads of all the departments . You will be responsible for sales and business promotions activities across various parts of the world , identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent team management skills , communication skills and a proven track record in sales and business development.


Qualifications

  • Responsible for identifying potential clients in the Overseas market, establishing contact, and building relationships with them.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about the competitive landscape.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 6-8 sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure their success.
  • Travel and meet client partner to generate sales and new business ,  Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Act as Strategic Advisor for launching new Business Unit
  • Proven experience in sales and business development in the IT industry
  • Making road map to increase the revenue every year with existing clients and new client partners.
  • Developing and implementing a client development strategy to achieve sales targets and meet company goals. This includes setting sales targets, forecasting revenue and creating action plans to achieve these objectives.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales performance, revenue, and client acquisition progress.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Engineering, Data Analytics, BI Services, SAP and other niche technologies and industry solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Result-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends and developments
