Position Overview:

10-15 years of end to end Delivery management experience covering all phases of SDLC in areas of Digital, ERP, CRM and Enterprise application development, system integration. Having some experience working in FS vertical will be an added advantage.

Must have grown from the role of Developer -> Team/Module Lead -> Project/Program Manager -> Delivery Manager in an IT services company. We require people who has the relevant experience in dealing with BFSI Customers.

Experience Summary:

Experience covering Program Delivery, Project Management, Solution Architecture and Engineering, User Experience, Quality Assurance, Customer Operations, and Production Support.Execution of complex projects in areas of SAAS, Legacy, Core Banking Products and Custom developmentChampion in one area of technology SAAS( AWS, Azure etc), Data Management & Analytics and experience in delivery of complex projects is GTM (Digital, SAP, Testing, Integration)Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations.Set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals as per MSA, SOWs etc.Ensure that the team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence.Oversee daily activities of the delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.Good understanding of Cloud native and related technologiesImplementation of KPIs, Continuous Process measurement and Improvement initiatives for Application Production Support functions.Experience in doing Delivery management for BFSI customers.
