Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Delhi, India. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, developing business plans, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client needs, creating strategies to meet those needs, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. The role also involves frequent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
