Our visual language is calm, cinematic, warm, and deeply premium — never loud, salesy, or over-edited.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Cinematographer & Editor who can elevate everyday moments into beautiful, story-led visuals. Someone with strong command over lighting, framing, movement, and colour, who can shoot treatments, client stories, founder content, events, and brand films — and then craft them into polished edits optimised for Instagram, YouTube, and campaigns.This is a creative, hands-on role where you shape the aesthetic identity of Reaviva.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Production- Collaborate with founders and marketing team to develop visual concepts, moodboards, shot lists, and story flows.- Plan and prepare for shoots — from lighting setups and lens choices to scouting angles within the studio.- Coordinate shoot schedules with doctors, trainers, and clients.Cinematography / Filming- Shoot high-end cinematic footage using DSLR/mirrorless cameras with strong control over:- Lighting (soft, natural, and beauty lighting)- Colour and tones- Camera movement (gimbal, handheld, static, macro, product shots)- Composition for both vertical & horizontal formats- Capture aesthetic b-roll, premium treatment visuals, slow-motion shots, lifestyle frames, and event coverage.- Direct on-camera talent (doctors, founders, clients) to keep shots natural, confident, and premium.- Ensure the overall visual style remains consistent with Reaviva’s luxury wellness identity.Editing & Post-Production- Edit cinematic videos for Reels, YouTube, brand films, testimonials, event recaps, and ads.- Handle colour correction & grading to achieve a warm, soft, editorial aesthetic.- Add subtitles, clean transitions, text treatments, and simple motion graphics that match brand guidelines.- Repurpose long shoots into multiple short-form edits, hooks, teasers, and cutdowns.- Maintain a structured archive of footage and project files.Brand Collaborations- Work closely with the design and marketing teams to maintain visual consistency and storytelling quality.- Bring creative suggestions, new formats, and cinematic ideas for campaigns, weddings, IV drips, transformations, and events.Requirements- 3–4+ years of experience as a cinematographer and editor.- Deep understanding of lighting techniques, skin tones, and beauty/wellness shooting.- Strong portfolio of cinematic work (brand films, lifestyle shoots, beauty shoots, documentaries, or premium social content).- Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve.- Experience with gimbal work, prime lenses, and controlled lighting setups.- Ability to shoot and edit for both vertical-first (Reels/Shorts) and horizontal formats.- Comfortable directing people and setting up efficient, smooth shoots.Nice-To-Haves- Experience in beauty, wellness, luxury, fitness, or hospitality sectors.- Knowledge of basic sound design & on-location audio.- Understanding of colour theory and advanced grading.- Ability to work quickly during events and multi-booth setups.What We Offer- The chance to build and own the visual language of a premium holistic wellness brand.- A highly creative environment with access to events, transformations, and premium collaborations.- Direct involvement with founders and creative team.- Competitive salary based on experience.Why Join Reaviva?Be part of India’s first holistic luxury wellness brand redefining the wellness experience.Work in a creative and collaborative environment with exposure to luxury clientele and premium campaigns.Get the opportunity to shape an evolving brand identity in the fast-growing wellness space.Access to creative freedom and direct collaboration with the founding team.Competitive remuneration with potential for long-term association and brand partnership.
