Position Title: Business Analyst (BA) - Endur Profile in Oil and Refined Products

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in the Endur platform to join our dynamic team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements related to our Endur platform, focusing on oil and refined products. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure that business needs are accurately captured and translated into technical specifications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
  • Work extensively with the Endur platform to support trading and logistics operations.
  • Ensure that the Endur system configurations align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expertise in areas such as CMotion, Ticketing, CPS, Movement Manager, Integration, and Settlement Desktop.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track system performance and business metrics.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication to ensure project goals and milestones are met.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Develop test plans and test cases to ensure system changes meet business requirements.
  • Perform functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase.
  • Support project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Assist in managing project risks and issues.


Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications in project management, system architecture, or logistics management are a plus.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the oil and refined products industry.
  • Extensive experience working with the Endur platform.
  • Familiarity with trading and logistics processes, including CMotion, Ticketing, CPS, Movement Manager, Integration, and Settlement Desktop.
