We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive-Female. As a Customer Support Executive-Female, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Patience and ability to handle difficult customers
  • Experience in cold calling and customer outreach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data sourcing
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting customers with product information and technical support
  • Providing guidance and troubleshooting customer problems via phone, email, and live chat
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating relevant information in the CRM system
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department
  • Contributing to the development of customer support procedures and guidelines
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and gathering feedback
  • Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
