Role description

Job Title: Solutions Architect / Technical Lead – Back-end Architect

Experience Range: 9+ years
Hiring Location: Trivandrum

Must Have Skills

  • Strong expertise in backend architecture and solution design for mid-to-large scale projects.
  • Proven experience in AR/VR solution architecture and creating enterprise use cases.
  • Excellent programming and software engineering skills in C++, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Unity, and 3D Modeling.
  • Hands-on experience working on Azure Cloud Platform.
  • Ability to design and develop frameworks, prepare architecture & design documents, and act as the technical owner of projects.
  • Knowledge of 2D and 3D mathematical concepts (linear algebra, matrix multiplication, quaternions, etc.).
  • Familiarity with game engine concepts (lighting, shaders, materials, meshes, scripting).
  • Strong track record of guiding & mentoring developers and reviewing technical delivery.
  • Experience in evaluating technology stacks and providing recommendations.

Good to Have Skills

  • Understanding of AI/ML algorithms in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Text Classification.
  • Ability to develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate ideas.
  • Experience in UI/UX design for AR/VR solutions.
  • Knowledge of AR/VR hardware, software, best practices, and design patterns.
  • Creativity in translating real-world problems into VR/AR solutions.
  • Experience in working collaboratively on multi-person teams using source control & issue tracking tools.
  • Ability to participate in technology discussions with customer stakeholders and collaborate with architect communities.
