JOB DESCRIPTION

BluEnt (an International Architectural services provider) is looking for a BIM Architect for its India operations, with 3 yrs. of exp in the Architectural Industry.

Should be from Architectural background, with good understanding in Architectural MEP, Structural drawings.

Provide leadership for design development, Construction documents, and shop drawings, coordination / communication with client, team and work management and quality assurance.

Should be versed in preparation of checklists, understanding in project schedules and deliveries, and should be following it.

Exposure to international projects, both in Architecture and Interiors is must.

Good knowledge of BIM using Revit platform, ACC and AutoCAD is essential for project set up, work sharing, work-set management, Navisworks - clash detection, troubleshooting of Revit issues.

Should have experience in US, Canada, UK and Middle East projects. Experience in US projects is must.

Experience in Revit MEP, Revit structure is an added advantage, but not a must.

Should have managed Quality Assurance practices, Project documentation and should be good in English and have done client communication both emails and calls.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Expert knowledge in BIM, Revit Architecture, ACC, Navisworks.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use good organization and communication skills in all aspects of job performance.
• BIM modeling, Client communication, Project handling, Project review, Quality Assurance.
• Create Construction / Architectural documents and Shop drawings using Revit Architecture & AutoCAD Architecture.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Position requires a degree in Architecture, Construction technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of related work experience using AutoCAD and Revit Architecture.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills with US based clients.
