Job Title: Sr. Manager / Chief Manager Route Revenue
Location: Gurugram
Department: Revenue Management / Commercial
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive route-level revenue optimization, ensuring maximum yield and profitability.
- Monitor route performance through analysis of load factors, RASK (Revenue per Available Seat Kilometer), and contribution margins.
- Develop and execute pricing, inventory, and fare strategies in coordination with revenue management and pricing teams.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Support network planning in route evaluation, new route proposals, and capacity deployment decisions.
- Prepare business cases and forecasts for new/existing routes, including profitability analysis.
- Collaborate with sales, distribution, and marketing teams to support route performance through campaigns and partnerships.
- Track and present KPIs and performance dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting risks and corrective measures.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in route performance analysis and strategic initiatives.
