Job Description Corporate & International Relations (Intern)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Corporate & International Relations team. The role provides hands-on exposure to corporate engagement, placement support, alumni relations, and international collaborations. The intern will assist in coordinating with corporates, universities, and internal teams to create meaningful opportunities for students, while also supporting event management, research, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Relations

  • Assist in developing and maintaining partnerships with corporate organizations across sectors.
  • Support the facilitation of internship and placement opportunities for students.
  • Help organize corporate engagement activities such as seminars, and industry visits.
  • Coordinate with alumni for mentorship, recruitment, and industry connections.

International Relations

  • Coordinate with partner universities for interactive sessions, workshops, and visits.
  • Support the facilitation of international internships, competitions, and global exposure opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide creatives and ensure timely promotion across social media platforms.
  • Work with campus teams to conduct international workshops, guest lectures, and masterclasses.
  • Research global opportunities, events, and best practices to enhance student exposure.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with digital tools.
  • Creative mindset with interest in social media and event promotions.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Interest in corporate networking and international academic collaborations.

Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate (Bachelors/Master's) in Management, International Relations, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Prior internship or volunteer experience in corporate relations, placements, marketing, or international engagement is a plus.
