Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Human Resources. As the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and handling employee relations. This role is based in Bengaluru with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) management and HR policies
  • In-depth understanding of labor and employment law
  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage HR processes and practices
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in HR management is a plus
