We're on the lookout for a Technical Lead (AEM) to join our OneMarketing project. This role demands not just technical mastery but also leadership in guiding teams, ensuring best practices, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design, development, and support of applications within the AEM ecosystem.
  • Drive application upgrades, migrations, and solution architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver robust, scalable, and secure AEM solutions.
  • Maintain code quality standards with CI/CD tools (Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube).
  • Participate in client discussions and provide technical solution approaches.
  • Stay updated on industry trends & technology standards.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (6.x / Cloud Service) – Components, Templates, Workflows, Dispatcher, DAM, Experience Fragments.
  • Java/J2EE: Servlets, JSP, HTL/Sightly, OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Oak.
  • Frontend Technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, React/HTL.
  • Hands-on experience in AEM Upgrades (major & minor) and multi-tenant architectures.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines: Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube.
  • Experience in JCR Queries & AEM Indexing.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with proven delivery in Agile/Scrum teams.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to AI integration in AEM.
  • Knowledge of Python and frontend test automation.
