Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Hyderabad. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relations. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, preparing and delivering technical presentations, providing product demonstrations, and assisting in the design and implementation of HVAC solutions. The Sales Engineer will also support the sales team in achieving sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical
- Experience in the HVAC or cleanroom industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
