**Role Overview**
Lead sales and marketing efforts for the assigned region/zone in the PEB industry to drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability. Build strong customer relationships, manage a high-performing team, and identify opportunities for market expansion.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Achieve regional sales and revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
2. Build and maintain relationships with customers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
3. Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to meet performance goals.
4. Drive market development initiatives and ensure brand visibility.
5. Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Ensure timely project execution, collections, and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Business); MBA preferred.
10-15 years of sales & marketing experience, with 3-5 years in leadership roles in PEB or related industries.
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
