- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications/modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.- Create and manage service catalogs, request workflows, and SLA/OLA configurations.- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (via REST/SOAP, APIs, or integration tools).- Implement ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge).- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver solutions.- Perform platform upgrades, patches, and ensure adherence to best practices.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues.- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (development/administration/consulting).- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.- Experience in implementing at least 2–3 ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).- Experience with Service Portal, Scoped Applications, Reporting & Dashboards.- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow.- Certifications preferred:- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)- ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / HRSD implementation certificationsImmediate Joiner
