Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, and network devices
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex problems and escalate when necessary
- Assist in user account management and permissions
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for improvements
Requirements
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
