As Associate – Content & social media, you will play a crucial role in crafting the content for digital journeys, blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, video headers and descriptors, copy for other marketing requirements and the company website. Your responsibilities include evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed, regularly updating the company's website, and promoting the company blog by pitching articles to various third-party platforms. You should be able to follow editorial guidelines when creating content. You should be a great people person “with all your wins are yours, and all your failures are mine” approach in growing and building the teams.


The position is based out of Bangalore and You will report to the Marketing - Head and shall perform the following specific functions.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the marketing team in developing content for campaigns
  • Crafting app-based content for old and new products
  • Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content
  • Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website
  • Writing product statements for packaging
  • Support marketing by articulating key consumer facing messages to be shared to specific cohorts
  • Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
  • Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability
  • Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website
  • Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience
  • Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content
  • Brainstorm and execute social campaigns.
  • Create social media posts – static, video and other relevant content
  • Research industry innovations and tools
  • Update posts to include relevant keywords for search engine optimization
  • Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns
  • Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics
  • Needs to gather in-depth understanding on organic, soil, milk to write daily inspiring posts


Education and Work Experience

Graduation with Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
