About the Role:

Are you a social media enthusiast with a passion for creativity and innovation? LaBante London is seeking a dynamic Social Media Associate to help grow our online presence across various platforms and marketing channels, including email and digital media. If you're always up-to-date with the latest social trends and enjoy crafting engaging content, this role could be perfect for you We’re looking for someone who can generate buzz and excitement for our sustainable luxury brand, keeping LaBante top of mind in new and existing markets.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan and execute social media strategies, ensuring our platforms are buzzing with activity.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, such as media kits, newsletters, and client info packages.
  • Edit content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.
  • Develop engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and media releases.
  • Maintain and update social media pages to keep them fresh and exciting.
  • Research competitor marketing initiatives and suggest creative ways to improve our public image.
  • Produce in-house content using LaBante products for social media.
  • Engage daily with our followers, respond to queries, and monitor customer reviews to foster a strong community.
  • Understand email marketing KPIs and execute email campaigns using Klaviyo.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
  • Manage social media design elements, including cover photos, profile pictures, and highlight covers.
  • Use tools such as Planoly, Canva, Facebook Business Suite, and others to streamline social media management.
  • Network with industry professionals and influencers to grow LaBante’s reach.

Who You Are:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience working in e-commerce or a B2C lifestyle brand.
  • A social media whiz who knows the ins and outs of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Someone who has built a reliable and engaged social following.
  • An innovative thinker with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Comfortable with tools like Photoshop, Canva, and video editing software.
  • A multitasker who can juggle projects and meet deadlines with ease.
  • Organized, prompt, and always ready to follow through.
  • Willing to attend occasional events after hours or on weekends to capture and share the action.
  • Familiar with Shopify websites and email marketing KPIs.
  • A strong communicator who loves engaging with customers and influencers.
