Job Summary:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Sales Operations support to the Datacom business verticals which includes the following (25% of time):- Perform sales data analysis and periodically report on performance across geography, product, customer and sales team performance- Monitor and report on Pipeline and Revenue performance- Track NPI (new product introduction) performance- Support the business on the annual LRP exercise- For all the 3 businesses of Mobility, Medical and Datacom, provide the following support (15% of time)- Propose targets and monitor performance of the sales team- Monthly performance reporting- Make enhancements to the existing dashboards, and define new reports that provide insights on business performance that align with periodic (a) Sales analysis and (b) Stakeholder Reporting that is required- Analyze industry trends and put together concise summaries each month for Mobility and Datacom businesses leveraging tools such as Chat GPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot (10% of time)- Support the periodic reporting that is required to the Board, Steering Committee, Townhalls and External presentations (compelling slide decks) (50% of time)- Establish standard templates & presentation formats that should be used .- Define information & data inputs required from the functional teams & collate the inputs- Support the functional teams in creating compelling slides- Put together standard slides for the Board, Steering Committee and Townhalls each time.
Skills/ Competency Required:
- Proficiency in data mining and data modelling procedures- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify data trends.- Highly developed attention to detail- Ability to put together visually attractive PowerPoint presentations- Working knowledge of CRM- Knowledge of the Automotive industry a plus- Strong problem-solving skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as it requires interfacing with individuals globally- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
10+ years of experience as an analyst
