Job Summary: The Ad Sales Manager / Head will oversee the ad sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ad sales and strong leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the ad sales team, ensuring high performance.

Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights to senior management.

Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.

Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Negotiation: Negotiate deals and contracts with clients.


Qualifications:


● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● Knowledge of advertising trends and market dynamics.
