Role DescriptionThis is a

full-time on-site role

for a

B2B Telecaller (Entry Level to Associate Level)

at Refa Chemical Industry in Noida. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging potential business clients through phone calls to promote our cleaning chemical products, understand client needs, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Additionally, the role involves maintaining customer databases, providing product information, and following up on leads.

QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEnglish and Hindi are a must.Ability to effectively pitch products over the phoneStrong negotiation and persuasion skillsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in telemarketing or sales is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and related industriesDegree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
