Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Telecaller (Entry Level to Associate Level) at Refa Chemical Industry in Noida. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging potential business clients through phone calls to promote our cleaning chemical products, understand client needs, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Additionally, the role involves maintaining customer databases, providing product information, and following up on leads.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English and Hindi are a must.
- Ability to effectively pitch products over the phone
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and related industries
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
