Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern, responsive user interfaces.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services to support app functionality.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize app performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter updates, libraries, and trends.
  • Work closely with backend developers and QA team to ensure smooth integration and deployment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in mobile app development using Flutter and Dart.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX).
  • Experience with Firebase, SQLite, or other backend services is a plus.
  • Knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Git version control.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of push notifications, cloud messaging, and in-app purchases.
  • Previous experience publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
