DevOps Engineer

who can make sure the system stays 
fast, stable, and scalable

even with high traffic.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer who can manage our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines,

and ensure that our high-traffic app remains lightning fast, stable, and secure across Android, iOS, and web.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage scalable infrastructure on GCP / AWS

• Help us migrate from GCP to AWS (if required)

• Optimize backend performance and monitor APIs and resource load

• Handle horizontal scaling using platforms like Kubernetes, Docker, or Load Balancers

• Automate CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions / Jenkins / Bitbucket

• Monitor app performance and server health using tools like New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.

• Write and maintain deployment scripts (Bash, YAML, etc.)

• Configure cron jobs, alert systems, and backups

• Work closely with our developers to reduce app load time and resolve production issues

• Create environments for staging, testing, and production

• Set up cost-efficient architecture for future marketing and traffic spikes

Tech Stack You'll Work With:

Languages: Bash, Shell, YAML (Infra as code)

Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS

CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines

Containers: Docker (optional), Kubernetes (preferred)

Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, GCP tools, Uptime Robot

Other Tools: Nginx, Postman, Git, Firebase (optional)

Requirements:

• 3 - 5years of DevOps experience (start-up background preferred)

• Strong understanding of Linux servers & cloud infra

• Experience with scaling apps and load management- Familiarity with mobile backend performance (Flutter/REST APIs)

• Proactive mindset to monitor and fix issues before they affect users

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth team|
