We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Programmatic Trader to join our dynamic advertising team. As a Programmatic Trader, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive maximum performance and revenue.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute programmatic advertising strategies to meet client objectives and campaign goals.

Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns across various demand-side platforms (DSPs) and real-time bidding (RTB) exchanges.

Conduct data analysis and leverage audience insights to drive targeting and optimization decisions.

Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization tactics to maximize ROI.

Collaborate with internal teams, including account management, creative, and data analytics, to ensure effective campaign execution.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, programmatic technologies, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.

Develop and maintain relationships with programmatic vendors, publishers, and data partners to explore new opportunities and optimize campaign reach and effectiveness.

Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, key findings, and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Implement and leverage Google Analytics to track and analyze programmatic advertising campaigns' performance and user behavior across multiple platforms.

Collaborate with the analytics team to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

Coordinate with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) to integrate programmatic campaigns with mobile app attribution and tracking tools for comprehensive campaign measurement.

Utilize MMP data and insights to optimize programmatic advertising strategies, targeting, and creative messaging for mobile app users.

Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices related to Google Analytics, MMPs, and mobile app tracking to drive effective campaign measurement and optimization.

Collaborate with the creative team and leverage Google Creative Studio to develop and optimize programmatic advertising creative assets.

Work closely with designers and copywriters to ensure that programmatic creative aligns with campaign objectives, target audience, and platform specifications.

Utilize Google Creative Studio's features and capabilities to create dynamic and engaging ad formats, such as HTML5 banners, interactive creatives, and video ads.

Implement creative testing strategies, including A/B testing, to identify high-performing ad variations and optimize campaign performance.

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in programmatic creative design and leverage Google Creative Studio's resources to create compelling and innovative ad experiences.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of programmatic creative assets into campaign setup and execution.

Analyze creative performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR) and engagement rates, to provide insights and recommendations for creative optimization.

Continuously monitor industry developments and updates related to Google Creative Studio, including new ad formats, features, and design guidelines, to drive effective programmatic creative strategies.

Utilize Google Data Studio to create comprehensive and visually compelling reports and dashboards for programmatic advertising campaigns.

Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to define key performance metrics and reporting requirements, and implement them in Google Data Studio.

Extract, analyze, and visualize data from programmatic platforms, such as DSPs and ad exchanges, using Google Data Studio to provide actionable insights and performance trends.

Customize and automate data visualization templates and dashboards in Google Data Studio to streamline reporting processes and improve data accessibility for internal and external stakeholders.

Work closely with the analytics team to integrate Google Data Studio with other data sources, such as Google Analytics and MMPs, to create unified reports and holistic campaign measurement.

Stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of Google Data Studio to leverage advanced visualization options and optimize reporting capabilities for programmatic campaigns.

Present reports and dashboards created in Google Data Studio to clients and internal stakeholders, explaining campaign performance, trends, and optimization recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality in Google Data Studio reports, and troubleshoot any data discrepancies or issues that arise.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Proven experience as a Programmatic Trader or in a similar role, preferably in an agency or digital advertising environment.

In-depth understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, RTB exchanges, ad networks, and ad verification tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in utilizing programmatic advertising platforms such as Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with ad serving technologies, tracking tags, and trafficking processes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Experience working with Google Analytics to track and analyze programmatic advertising campaigns' performance and user engagement metrics.

Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Kochava, and the ability to integrate programmatic campaigns with MMPs for mobile app tracking and measurement.

Proficiency in setting up and configuring Google Analytics and MMP integrations within programmatic platforms, ensuring accurate data collection and attribution.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret Google Analytics data and MMP insights to drive data-driven optimization decisions.

Understanding of mobile app attribution and tracking methodologies, including deep linking, app install attribution, and in-app event tracking.

Experience in leveraging Google Analytics and MMP data to optimize programmatic campaigns for mobile app user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Knowledge of privacy regulations and industry standards related to data collection, user consent, and data usage within programmatic advertising, Google Analytics, and MMPs.

Experience working with Google Creative Studio to develop and optimize programmatic advertising creative assets across various ad formats and platforms.

Proficiency in utilizing Google Creative Studio's features and tools to create engaging and interactive ad experiences, including HTML5 banners and video ads.

Strong understanding of design principles, copywriting best practices, and ad specifications for different programmatic channels and platforms.

Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, and other creative team members to align programmatic creative with campaign goals and target audience.

Familiarity with creative testing methodologies and A/B testing tools to optimize programmatic ad variations and improve campaign performance.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting and customization of programmatic creative assets within Google Creative Studio.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate creative ideas and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Proactive attitude and passion for staying updated on industry trends and advancements in programmatic creative design and Google Creative Studio.
