We are looking for a Python Team Lead (5+ years - with at least 2 years in a leadership role) who can

combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills. The ideal candidate will guide a team of Python

developers, drive best practices, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. You will be

responsible for project architecture, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional

teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead a team of Python developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.


• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and secure applications using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).


• Drive system design, architecture decisions, and code reviews.


• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.


• Ensure best practices in coding standards, version control, CI/CD, testing, and documentation.


• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.


• Manage project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.


• Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and industry trends to improve processes and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:


• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience.


• Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.


• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.


• Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL), ORMs, and query optimization.


• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).


• Strong knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.


• Excellent problem-solving skills, debugging, and optimization experience.


• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).


• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior developers.

Nice to Have


• Experience with big data, machine learning, or AI integration in Python.


• Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery).
