Job Description

Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC):
•Independently manage all aspects of QA/QC within the Polyolefin Section.
•Oversee and ensure the implementation of quality standards and procedures.
•Conduct various types of testing including Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, and Thermal testing.
•Develop and maintain testing protocols and methodologies.
•Monitor and analyze QA/QC data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Skills

•Proven experience in the Polyolefin Recycle Industry, with a focus on Quality Assurance/Quality Control and R&D.
•Strong technical background in polymer science and plastics material processing.
•Excellent leadership and communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
