Job Description

Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC):

  • Independently manage all aspects of QA/QC within the Polyolefin Section.
  • Oversee and ensure the implementation of quality standards and procedures.
  • Conduct various types of testing including Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, and Thermal testing.
  • Develop and maintain testing protocols and methodologies.
  • Monitor and analyze QA/QC data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Skills

  • Proven experience in the Polyolefin Recycle Industry, with a focus on Quality Assurance/Quality Control and R&D.
  • Strong technical background in polymer science and plastics material processing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
