Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Deputy Manager (Operations) at Fusion Finance Ltd., located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Deputy Manager (Operations) will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing and improving operational processes, and coordinating with different departments for efficient workflow. The role involves leading a team, monitoring performance metrics, handling customer queries, and ensuring service quality standards are met. Additionally, the Deputy Manager will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory standards in the financial sector
  • Ability to handle customer queries and ensure high service quality
  • Proficiency in using operational management tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services or microfinance sector is a plus
